#### For a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following server rules:
## **General Conduct:**
**Respect Others** Treat all players, staff, and community members with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated.
**Foster a Positive Environment** Help us create a welcoming and inclusive community. Avoid excessive profanity, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.
**Play Fair** Cheating, botting, bug exploitation, or any unfair advantage over others is strictly prohibited.
**Protect Your Account** Keep your login details secure and never share your password. Report suspicious activity to the staff immediately.
**Respect the Staff Team** Our staff works hard to provide the best gameplay experience. Please respect their decisions and efforts at all times.
**Staff Discretion** No rule list is perfect. Staff may take action against behavior not explicitly listed here if it harms the community. Use common sense, and understand that moderation is in place to keep the server enjoyable for everyone.

## **In-Game Behavior:**
**No Spamming** Do not flood chat channels, send excessive messages, or use disruptive text effects.
**No Trolling** Avoid intentionally provoking, harassing, or disrupting the gameplay experience of others.
**No Advertising** Promoting other servers, websites, or services is prohibited unless you have explicit staff approval.
**No Impersonation** Do not pose as a staff member or falsely claim authority.

## **Gameplay Rules:**
**No Bug Abuse** Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Please report any bugs you encounter to the staff.
**Real Money Trading (RMT)** is permitted in Project Royale, as we value a player-driven economy where your time and effort in leveling and farming retain real worth. However, the Project Royale Team assumes no responsibility for any losses, including but not limited to lost items, scams, or account compromises arising from RMT transactions. Participation in RMT is entirely at your own risk.
**No AFK Farming** AFK farming through auto-clickers, bots, macros, or similar tools is prohibited. Bot checks are regularly performed, and failure to respond will result in sanctions.
**Gambling is Strongly Discouraged** Gambling often leads to scams and player loss. Any items lost through gambling will not be restored or reimbursed.
**No Third-Party Programs** The use, discussion, or promotion of third-party programs that disrupt normal gameplay is strictly forbidden.
**No Scamming or Hacking** Scamming and hacking are not tolerated. While offenders may be jailed or banned, the recovery of lost accounts or items cannot be guaranteed. Protect your own account and belongings.

**Warnings** Minor infractions may result in a verbal or written warning.
**Temporary Bans** Serious violations can lead to temporary suspension from the server.
**Permanent Bans** Severe or repeated offenses may result in a permanent ban from the server.
**Appeals:**
If you feel you have been unfairly punished, you may appeal your case to the server staff.

## **RMT Policy Update – Project Royale (March 3, 2026)**
Due to an increasing number of players selling equipment at extremely low prices, which has negatively affected the in-game market, we are implementing the following changes effective immediately:
**âť—Prohibited Items for RMT**
Starting today, the selling of **donation equipment and diamonds through RMT** is strictly prohibited. **Any player** found **violating** this policy will face appropriate sanctions, which may include account **suspension or permanent ban**.

The following items remain permitted for RMT transactions:
* Credits
* Rare Cards
* Thanatos Card Minimum price: 10,000 PHP
* Lowball offers are strictly prohibited
* Both the seller and buyer involved in underpriced transactions will be subject to a ban
* Any Costumes
