# Deposit System

#### How the Deposit System Works

* The system functions through \[**Deposit & Unlock**] (@guide 16).
* It rewards you benefits. **Deposit Benefits** is gained by physically placing the card into the Deposit Storage.
* While the card is deposited, it cannot be equipped to your gear, but you gain a specific bonus\
  (e.g., +5ATK, +5MATK, or +100 HP).

#### Key Mechanics

* **Account-Wide**\
  Bonuses usually apply to all characters on your account, making your "alt" characters much stronger.
* **Non-Destructive**\
  You can "withdraw" the card later if you need to equip it or sell it, though you lose the deposit bonus until it's returned.
* **Stacking**\
  These bonuses stack with your equipment, buffs, and base stats, making them essential for end-game "min-maxing."
